Nazhe Nicholson is one of the driving forces behind GN Manufacturing Solutions, a testament to resilience, innovation, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. With a background in biomedical engineering from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, Nazhe's journey into entrepreneurship began with a desire to carve out her own path in the face of adversity.

Upon graduation, Nazhe confronted the stark reality of post-graduation job scarcity, a challenge that many young professionals face. However, instead of succumbing to the limitations of the job market, Nazhe saw an opportunity to create her own destiny. With unwavering determination and a bold entrepreneurial spirit, she took the leap into business ownership, co-founding GN Manufacturing Solutions at the age of 22.

Beyond her role as co-founder, Nazhe is a champion for empowerment and diversity in the workplace. She believes that every setback is a chance to grow stronger and that every challenge is an opportunity to innovate and excel.

Greg Proctor is a seasoned professional with a passion for project management and manufacturing. A graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Project and Supply Chain Management, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. With over seven years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Greg has honed his skills across various facets of the field.

Greg's journey began as a machinist and programmer, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience in the production process. His keen eye for detail and technical acumen led him to transition into project management, where he excelled in overseeing projects of various sizes and scopes.

During his three-year tenure as a project manager, Greg demonstrated his ability to navigate complex manufacturing environments, from the prototyping phase to the end of project lifecycles. His responsibilities included overseeing shipping operations, implementing and managing inventory tracking systems, and optimizing supply chain management tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Greg's dedication to excellence, coupled with his strong leadership skills and strategic mindset, has earned him a reputation for delivering results. He is committed to driving success in manufacturing projects, leveraging his expertise to meet and exceed client expectations every step of the way.
